Oh Canada!

On April 28, 2009 Toronto Poetry Slam came together and changed the course of history. Ariel Platt, Kimiko Carter, Truth Is? & Lara Bozabalian (Tomy Bewick, alt.) finished in the top four spots of the TPS season, and became Canada’s first all women poetry slam team. Four Women are working to create poetry that will break down walls, inspire dance moves, and beget dialogues. Welcome.

Way to go ladies!
Not only are you Canada’s first all women slam team….
you are also Toronto’s first slam team to have a web site!
